1. High corrosion resistance and low weight loss products:

As poor corrosion resistance of Iron-base and Nd-rich grain boundary, NdFeB magnets can’t be used until plated. Comparing with the expansion of elevator, wind turbines and permanent motors application, the customers need higher requirement on corrosion resistance of NdFeB magnets. Because the glue cohesiveness of un-plated products is much better than the plated products, Un-plated products will be better in the security. Now there are more and more customers want to use the un-plated magnets. Considering this situation, after the continuous innovation and study, our company developed ultra-low weight loss magnets. ( the unit of weight loss test is mg/cm2, how many milligram losing per Square centimeters), Generally speaking, the weight loss test is over 150mg/cm2 in the NdFeB industry, There is a great difference due to different Material formulation and manufacturing process. While our products can reach less than 1mg/cm2, (Testing condition: HAST standard for 168hrs), due to the very low weight loss, the corrosion resistance is excellent, the reliability and working life of these products have been improved obviously. These products can meet the strict requirement of corrosion resistance in the application of permanent motors and other fields. They are mainly used in elevator, radar, wind generators, military aerospace, industrial motors and other fields.

2. Low temperature coefficient product(High temperature stability product)

A. The NdFeB magnet property is very sensitive to temperature. Ordinarily, when the temperature keep rising, the magnet property keep decreasing, they have kind of linear relationship, We use αBr and βHcj to measure the temperature stability of NdFeB magnet.

Usually, the industrial standards of βHcj: is over -0.7%/℃, while the βHcj of our magnet can reach less than -0.4%/℃, it helps our magnets with excellent temperature stability.

B. Application which needs the high temperature stability

These magnets are mainly used in car motors, EPS, industrial motors, wind turbine, Elevator etc, it is suitable for all industrial product which operating in high temperature.

C. Correlative temperature coefficient data:

(1)“T” means “Low Temperature Coefficient”, “T” grade series product has better temperature resistance than normal product.

(2)“L” means “Low Weight Loss”, “L” grade series product has better “weight lost” performance than normal product.

(3)“L-T” means “Low Temperature Coefficient” and “Low Weight Loss” at the same time, it is very suitable for industrial applications.

Notes: αBr and βHcj are relative to length/diameter ratio (L/D ratio), square degree (BH curve) etc. Higher the ratio is, higher the working temperature can be. Our recommended ratio is > 0.5. Ordinarily, if you have the demand on αBr and βHcj, please inform us the details while placing the order. Sample test is needed before mass production.

3. Low magnetic deviation angle products: 

Products used in sensor products in instrument and meter. In these areas, the accuracy is very important. so does the magnetic deflection angle. The lower magnetic deflection angle is, the better performance will be, but how to control the deflection angle? Through pressing, sintering and machining process, the magnetization angle is very difficult to control. ±5° is the normal standards of deflection angle. But the magnets used in sensor products requires less than ±3°, thus the pass rate of magnets can only around 70%-80%. All magnets should be done 100% final inspection after magnetization, it is a huge waste of the material and labor.

In order to conquer this problem, MPCO organized a special technical team to do the research, and we found the process pressing and machining are the key points, we are now rising the pass rate to 85%. Furthermore, we bought several full-automatic deflection angle test equipment to guarantee the quality, improve the efficiency and boost the capacity, which ensured the quality and delivery for our shipping.

Notes: The deflection angle was related to the shape and dimensions of magnet. Normally, the smaller size of magnet, the harder to control the deflection angle. We have to discuss and confirm the deflection angle when we talk about an exact magnet.
