Question: Would two of these attached to opposing walls in a metal horse trailer tack room support a hammock and 125 lb person?
Answer: With narrow walls it will likely not hold a persons weight, however if you could hang length ways it probably will. I hang in mine from the side of my bus then to a tree 15-20′ away. Searching Magnet

Question: Can you take the magnet out of the steel casing?

Question: i bought a magnet conector and all the magnets i have the hole is to small
Answer: they only thing i can think of doing is getting a heavy duty lock clamp the connect the magnet conector to it.
Question: Can this magnet get permanently stuck on something?
Answer: I’ve had some close calls where I thought I’d get it stuck forever, but as long as you can get a good sliding motion on it, it will always come off.
Question: Could you use this with the magnepull or something similar to fish wires? Will it scratch the wall?
Answer: I don’t think it could scratch the wall. I do know that it is a very powerful magnet.

Answer: R, It may…its a pretty strong magnet. Keep your phone and watch away from it.
Question: Does this really work ?
Answer: Does it work, you ask?? Yes, it sure does. We lifted a flywheel lying flat, which was OK, but then lifted it from the edge, no mean feat. Only thing that I complain about is the tendency of the ring post to unscrew, which I finally secured with silicon. The threads were not close enough to use LocTite. I can hardly wait to use if for well bottom exploration here in the NE.
