Crovac & FeCrCo Magnets are one of machinable permanent magnetic alloy, which has good plasticity, ductility and machinability. It has the similar properties with Alnico5. It can be made as different shapes and sizes such as wire, tube, bar, strip etc.
The alloy can be used at higher temperature and has good corrosion resistance. The high Curie temperature is about 680℃ and the highest working temperature can reach 400℃.
FeCrCo is widely used in automobile instrument, aviation,shipping instrument, oil exploration, navigation, counter, signal produce system, magcard, security system, hydraulic locate gauge, compass, etc. Iron Chromium Cobalt Magnet
Features of FeCrCo
1. Properties of FeCrCo permanent magnet alloy are close to properties of permanent magnet alloy.
2. FeCrCo permanent magnet alloy has good machining performance, and can be drilled,planed,weared,stampted and other machining operations.
3. FeCrCo permanent magnets can be made into small 、slender componets of various shapes, the minimum wire diameter can be up to 0.05mm, the thickness of thinnest strip is only 0.1mm.
4. FeCrCo permanent magnet alloy has excellent temperature stablity, good corrosion resistance and high curie temperature(about 680℃), the maximum working temperature is 400℃.
