Introduction
Neodymium Magnets are widely used in many fields, such as motors, sensors, microphones, wind turbines, wind generators, VCMs in hard disk drives, printer, switchboard, loudspeakers, magnetic separation, magnetic hooks, magnetic holder, magnetic chuck, common daily use, and so on.
All kinds of micro permanent magnet ring is widely used in watches, optical communication, medical, precision machinery and other industries. Thin wall long hole features Micro NdFeB Ring is my company’s products, inner hole length to diameter ratio can reach those days, products can be thin wall thickness to 0.2 mm. Production, quality stable and reliable, and has been supporting in many world famous companies products.

Sintered Ring NdFeB Micro Permanent Magnet – Remanence, coercivity, Curie temperature, and BH energy product properties of sintered NdFeB magnets characterize this type of magnets as those that have high strength and general application potential. The remanence of a ferromagnetic material is the magnitude of the magnetic field that the material can sustain when it is no longer subject to an external magnetic field. The coercivity of a permanent magnet is its ability to maintain its magnetic field in an external field applied in the reverse direction. As the temperature of a material increases, the particles begin to excite and move randomly; this effect can destroy the magnetic properties of a permanent magnet. The temperature at which the magnet loses its properties is different for each material and is called the Curie temperature. The BH product is the multiplication of the remanent magnetic field and the coercive magnetic field that are required to reduce the remanence to zero. This quantity describes the energy of a volume of magnetic material.
Maximal working temperature is about 80°C, because of Hcj sensitivity to temperature (0.66% every degree C).
The induction losses are reversible so far we stay in the limit of working temperature of the material. It is 80°C in open circuit with standard grade. There are several NdFeB grades up to 180°C. tube neodymium micro magnet
