Item No. MP-PM40 series Head Roller Magnetic Pulley Separator – Magnetic pulley is rugged with full stainless steel and welll welded which can automatically separate ferrous tramp metals from product streams after being assembled on the head of conveyer belt system.
The magnetic head pulley is widely used in the recycling and material handling industries for the continuous removal of ferrous metal. We are committed to providing a high performance unit which is durable and reliable and provides maximum magnetic separation efficiency.
Our magnetic head pulleys tend to be built to our customer’s size requirements for either new conveyors or to replace a standard head pulley in an existing conveyor. We can also design and build
the conveyor with the magnetic head pulley if required.
MPCO offer two different types of magnet system:
1,Standard Strength Ferrite Magnets
Suitable for separating general tramp iron and contamination such as nuts, bolts, nails, steel cans, wire, etc.
2,High Intensity Rare Earth Magnets
Suitable for removing general tramp iron, weakly magnetic material, fine iron/wire and ferrous metal
with inclusions such as wood, rubber, non-ferrous metal etc. The Rare Earth Magnet System is
recommended when a maximum level of metal removal is required. Self Cleaning Pulley Magnet Separator

These pulleys offer superior removal of ferrous contamination like nails, spikes, nuts, bolts, cans, and wire from material conveyor with maintenance free operation.
