    What is Bonded magnet
    The bonded magnet is one of the most important magnetic materials. It opened a new world of application possibilities. Thermo-elastomer and thermoplastic resins can be blended together with a variety of magnetic powders to form the injection molded, compression and flexible magnets. Injection Molded Sensor Magnets

    Injection molded magnets can be formed into complex shapes and be insert molded directly into other components to produce assembly parts. Compression bonded magnets offer higher magnetic output than injection-molded magnets but are limited to more simple geometries. injection neodymium magnet

    Bonded magnet materials can be created through Injection Molded and can be made from NdFeB, Strontium Ferrite or a combination of the two. Bonded magnets that are created through injection molding can be molded into complex shapes and also molded directly into components. Bonded magnets can also be created through the process of compression bonding which offers higher magnetic output but is limited to simpler geometries than Injection Molded materials.     One of the greatest advantages of the injection molding process is that a high degree of shape complexity is possible — ie. gears, snap fits and undercuts. It is also possible to incorporate shafts, brushes and other inserts into the process, simplifying the magnetic assembly manufacturing process. Injection molded magnets can be insert molded directly onto or around existing components, often eliminating the need for additional steps in the manufacturing process.
