We supply full range of Bonded NdFeB Magnets by Compression Moulding Process and Injection Moulding Process, which are widely used in electric motors, micro-motors, computers, OA appliances, instruments, loudspeakers, etc, with dimension up to 170mm in thickness for segment magnet, and as thin as 0.5mm for square magnet and only 0.7mm of wall thickness for ring magnet. By using MQP powder, we can assure customers satisfaction of quality.
By Injection Moulding Process, can easily produce anisotropic (especially radial direction anisotropic) super-thin ring or square magnets in complex shapes. Injection Molding Braking System Sensor Magent, automotive windows adjusting motor injection molding magnet
How to choose the right NdFeB magnet?
you should provide us the detailed requirements for NdFeB magnet, just like the magnetic property, magnet’s shape, dimension, magnetization direction, tolerance request, surface treatment and so on.
If you can send us the drawing of NdFeB magnet, it will be better to quote you reasonalbe price. And we can customized the ndfeb magnet as your requirements. Injection Molding Magent for Braking System Sensor
Bonded NdFeB magnets are prepared by melt spinning a thin ribbon of the NdFeB alloy. The ribbon contains randomly oriented Nd2Fe14B none-scale grains. This ribbon is then pulverized into particles, mixed with a polymer and either compression or injection molded into bonded NdFeB magnets. Bonded NdFeB magnets offer less flux than sintered magnets but can be net-shape formed into intricately shaped parts and do not suffer significant eddy current losses.
