Insulation style Industrial Liquid Trap Magnets w/ Jacket Item No. MP-SWFLD has a jacket which is filled with hot oil or water that can keep warm enough when liquid materials pass through the traps.It is a good solution to remove ferrous comtaminations from Good Cholcolate, syrups,jams etc.

Liquid Trap Magnets are engineered to remove ferrous contaminants from liquid and slurry lines. Efficiently remove tramp iron before maintenance and product contamination problems occur. The benefits of this magnetic separator can be experienced in most cases with no appreciable pressure drop or reduction in flow rates. All units incorporate a sump type housing to trap non-ferrous particles. Liquid Traps may be installed horizontally, vertically, or on an angle without affecting their magnetic efficiency.

Trap design forces liquids through a tightly spaced grid of magnetic cartridges to ensure close contact between the product and the magnetic field. Cartridge-Style Liquid Traps are intended for use with non-fibrous fluids. Ferrous tramp is magnetically extracted from the liquid flow by powerful Rare Earth magnets and held on the cartridge surfaces.
