MPCO manufactures bonded NdFeB permanent magnets in grade BNP-2, BNP-4, BNP-6, BNP-8L, BNP-8, BNP-8SR, BNP-8H, BNP-9, BNP-10, BNP-11, BNP-11L, BNP-12, which can be coated with back or grey epoxy. Most customers usually require ring magnets made bonded NdFeB material with multi-poles through diameter or radial magnetization. We also customize bonded magnets in arc, block shapes, etc.
Neodymium ring compression bonded magnets
Traditionally, to realize multi-pole requirement, the ring magnets used on motors are assembled by segment magnets.
But it is risky while spinning, the adhesive material is out of action. And it’s hard to control the component’s tolerance in the process of assembly. Also it’s not easy to keep magnetic properties’ consistency of all arc magnets.
A better solution is to make multi-poles on a ring magnet instead of segment formed ring.
Now we can provide multi-pole & radial ring sintered ndfeb magnet to meet this requirement. But the limiting factor for production is still a big problem and makes lots of customers seek help from other magnet materials.
Bonded magnet can be magnetized into complex patterns with multiple poles that sintered magnet can’t do. This makes multi-poles ring bonded neodymium magnet an ideal material for different types of motors and sensors.

Big block of magnet will strongly attract each other or attract iron steel pieces,which may cause serious injure to person.
Relatively weak in strength,bonded magnets may break into pieces when collide with other materials.Be careful in assembling magnets and prevent the finy fragments from entering into eyes or cause other injuries.
