The most of speaker magnet assemblies are made up of magnet, T(U)-yoke and washer. Generally most of speaker manufacturers use ferrite magnets for their loudspeakers, but most of the speaker magnet assemblies we produce are neodymium series.
This type is widly used in Tweeter or Midrange speakers for High-end market.
Neo speakers have a number of advantages over conventional ceramic magnet speakers. They have a high output to weight ratio which makes them ideal for a number of portable applications. Typically neodymium magnets are capable of generating high flux levels in a transducers magnetic gap which increases efficiency and lowers distortion. Most neodymium speakers are naturally video shielded by design. Speakers with wide bandwidth and high excursion capabilties are more easily produced with neodymium magnets. Neo motors can have a higher resistance to being demagnetized. They also have a high saturation magnitization so the potentional of storing large amounts of energy is possible.
Magnetic speaker driver is individual transducer that converts electrical energy to sound waves, typically as part of loudspeaker, television, or other electronic devices. Neodymium compression drivers deliver stunningly accurate high frequencies. Featured with small sizes and light weight, neodymium interior speaker magnets are widely used in speaker drivers which installed in telephone, computer and some electric-acoustic toys.
