As the injection bonded magnets with high accuracy, density, magnetic field uniform, strong,(not easy to break off and deformation),the products are widely used in automotive instrumentation, automotive sensors, sensing devices, aerospace, motor, instrumentation, home electrical appliances, medical equipment and other fields.

Dy films, deposited on the surface of sintered Nd–Fe–B magnets by magnetron sputtering, were employed for grain boundary diffusion source. High coercivity sintered Nd–Fe–B magnets were successfully prepared.  injection mould sensor permanent magnet Effects of sputtering power and grain boundary diffusion processes (GBDP) on the microstructure and magnetic properties were investigated in detail. The dense and uniform Dy films were beneficial to prepare high coercivity magnets by GBDP. The maximum coercivity value of 1189 kA m−1 could be shown, which was an amplification of 22.3%, compared with that of as-prepared Nd–Fe–B magnet. Furthermore, the improved remanence and maximum energy product were also achieved through tuning grain boundary diffusion processes. Our results demonstrated that the formation of (Nd, Dy)2Fe14B shell surrounding Nd2Fe14B grains and fine, uniform and continuous intergranular RE-rich phases jointly contribute to the improved coercivity.

MPCO has the ability to produce compression bonded NdfeB magnets that exhibit the very best magnetic and mechanical properties.
We can achieve densities well beyond the industry norm and this helps our customers achieve the very best performance and durability in high technology motor and other applications. In some cases this has allowed clients to replace the more expensive sintered NdFeB permanent magnets.
MPCO is also on the forefront of application development for injection moulded isotropic and anisotropic permanent magnets.
