Compression molding magnets
Compression molded magnets are made by first mixing the magnetic powder with the polymer binder and then by compressing the mixture in a press mold. These magnets exhibit a higher level of performance than the injection molded couterparts due to higher density.
Features of compression molded magnets
Highest level of magnetic performance among NdFeB isotropic bonded magnets.
Since these are isotropic in nature, any magnetization patterns can be used. This is especially advantageous to multi-pole magnetization.
Thin wall thickness (minimum 0.3 mm) can be produced.
Excellent corrosion resistance is realized by MPCO original coating technology.
