Innovating and Applying Neodymium Magnets in Magnetic Lifter Technology In the fields of machinery industry, mold manufacturing, and steel industry, magnetic lifters are often used to as handing tools for steel plates and mechanical parts. However, traditional electromagnetic lifter have some problems in use, such as heavy self-weight, easy to heat, short service life, and high [...]
Lifting Magnets Market In 2022 A lifting magnet is an electromagnet designed to pick up or lift metal objects. These magnets vary widely in size and can be as small as a credit card or as large as a twin-sized bed. Usually, the larger lifting magnets are operated hung from a chain on a crane [...]
ELECTRO PERMANENT MAGNETIC BEAM The electro permanent magnetic beam is the solution for manipulating single steel sheets in various lengths and thicknesses within limited spaces. PROBLEM DEFINITION Do you know the problem? Due to lack of space, you are forced to stack steel sheets on top of each other in different lengths. Just imagine, the [...]

Solid Handles vs. Tubular Handles for Lifting Magnets, PML Manual Permanent Magnetic Lifters Each permanent lifting magnet has a handle which is used for turning on and off the magnetic power by rotating it. The handle is extruded from the main body of the lifting magnets and consequently easy to be subjected to collision. On [...]
Lift Magnet Compliance While lifting magnets have been widely used in metalworking and fabricating plants for years, in the past 10 to 15 years they have become substantially stronger with the introduction of technology based on rare-earth materials and improvements in other areas. Consequently, workers need to be more aware of safety precautions to follow [...]
