Special Magnetic Grate & Tube
Magnetic Grate 11,000 Gauss, 410mm x 300mm
Customer Return, did not fit during installation so not used in production. This Magnetic Grate is 410mm long and 300mm wide. It consists of 6 of our stock 25mm dia x 400mm long rare earth magnetic tubes with a simple screwed together construction. Peak surface readings at the magnetic poles are 11,000 Gauss.

Special Magnetic Grate & Tube
Pointed Magnetic Tubes 11,000 Gauss, 235mm long x 25mm dia
These tubes were specially designed for a customer but have some manufacturing faults that meant they were not supplied. As shown in the photo there is a ridge at the pointed end and some pits in the welding.
However they are still full strength with peak surface readings at the magnetic poles of 11,000 Gauss. The non-magnetic 45 degree flat pointed tip is 24mm long, followed by the magnetic section which is approx. 132mm long, followed by the remainder of the tube which is non-magnetic. Overall length 235mm x 25mm dia. The hole at the flat end has a countersunk m8 thread. 316 stainless steel.
