Magnetic Grids for Sieves

Drop in replacements for standard vibratory sieves
Position beneath the sieve screen for extra protection
High-intensity magnetic field extracts fine ferrous particles
Available with metal detectable silicon rubber seal
ATEX approved versions available
Protective case available

Added protection for vibratory sieves
Direct drop-in fit to Russell Finex Compact & Farley Greene Sievmaster Models.
Available with metal detectable seal is made by the patented rubber material which is unique to MPCO Magnetics. This allows for easy detection in case of breakage due to excessive sieve wear.

Seal, screen and screen seals are available separately to fit in your current sieve. Full stainless steel construction makes it ideal for use in applications which have demanding hygiene standards. Magnetic Grids

For maximum safety during handling special protective cases are also available to prevent damage to the magnet or operator injury such as trapped fingers if the magnet attracts rogue metal items during transit.

Installation location:
Post-sieve screen for dry powders including flour and granulates .

Magnetic Grids Benefits
• Easy to clean
• Reduces ‘spark’ risk
• Meet audit requirements
• Removes fine particle ferrous contaminants
• Protect against screen wear and failure
• Feature strong rare earth magnets either 7,000 gauss or Super-High strength 11,000 gauss.
• Static dissipative all metal construction

According to the way the magnetic field strength changes:
1) Constant magnetic field magnetic separator. Using a permanent magnet material and a direct current electromagnet, a solenoid, or the like as a magnetic source, the magnitude and direction of the magnetic field strength do not change with time.
2) Alternating magnetic field magnetic separator. An electromagnet that is connected to an alternating current is used as a magnetic source. The magnitude and direction of the magnetic field strength changes over time.
3) Pulsating magnetic field magnetic separator. An electromagnet that simultaneously transmits direct current and alternating current is used as a magnetic source. The magnitude of the magnetic field varies with time, but the direction does not change. And pulse
Similar to the dynamic magnetic separator, the use of pulsating water flow causes the slurry to pulsate, affecting the sorting force of the magnetically selected mineral.
4) Rotating magnetic field magnetic separator. A magnet is used as the magnetic source, and the magnetic pole rotates around the axis. The magnitude and direction of the magnetic field strength changes over time.
