Permanent Magnet Rotors
Magnetic motor rotor, which is formed by magnetic steel, metal shaft or metal shell. According to detailed application situation, the rotor magnet can be sintered, molded or injection molded with NdFeB magnet material and Ferrite magnet material with multi-poles magnetic rings. It can be used for high speed motor, line motor, steper motor, etc. Furthermore, permanent magnet motor rotor can be customized by different kinds of magnetic materials, and customerized drawing is welcomed.
Permanent Magnet Rotors
Both small electric rotors and larger rotors for e.g. electric vehicle (EV) drives are measured with MPCO Magnetics’s Rotor or Combi Scanner, providing high speed measurements of the radial, tangential and axial field distribution on the rotor mantle.
APPLICATIONS
We can supply magnetic motor part made of permanent magnet and metal core or shaft according to our customers’ requirements. The magnets can be sintered NdFeB segment , Sintered Ferrite segment , or bonded multipole ring magnet according the detailed application situation . It can be used for high speed motor , line motor, steper motor, ect.
