With the needs of some products, we also have some other special-shaped specifications such as tile-shaped, concave-convex, open-edge groove, large and small heads, polygons, etc.
Then the production process of the NdFeB magnetic ring and the countersunk NdFeB magnet is basically the same. For example, my current raw material is a specification with a diameter of 20mm and a length of 34mm. Now I want to make a diameter of 20mm and a straight hole in the middle of 5mm. A NdFeB magnet ring with a thickness of 5mm, or a countersunk hole magnet with a diameter of 20mm and a middle straight hole of 5mm and a countersunk hole of 10mm and a thickness of 5mm, then our first step is to take D20*34mm raw materials and use a drilling machine to make them. The semi-finished product with a diameter of 20mm, a straight hole in the middle of 5mm and a length of 34mm is cut into a semi-finished product of D20*d5*5mm (thickness) with a professional magnetic material cutting machine. Now if it is a magnetic ring, the shape has been completed, and the countersunk hole NdFeB For magnets, you need to take D20*d5*5mm semi-finished products to punch the countersink one by one, and the processing speed of this step is correspondingly slower. Then after electroplating and magnetization, it is a finished product of the NdFeB magnetic ring and the countersunk NdFeB magnet we have seen.
Then in this production process, the thickness and wall thickness of a single finished product should not be too thin. For example, a 12mm diameter hole should be drilled in the middle with a 10mm hole. This makes it easy to break and scrap. According to so many years of experience, the wall thickness needs to be more than 2.5mm, the scrap rate is relatively small, and the thickness is preferably 2mm.
During this period, the electroplating of NdFeB magnetic rings and countersunk NdFeB magnets is also relatively strict. Like some informal electroplating factories or electroplating factories with immature technology, in this electroplating process, there are often cases in this hole. There are other debris or serious rust. Then the crafts like ours are very mature and can provide three high products with high quality, high cost performance and high service.
