Visiting Customer’s Factory, Give Ferrite Magnet Samples
Doing a good job in sales and business will inevitably come to visit customers. On the one hand, if you meet and discuss, you will be more direct and active than the WeChat phone call. On the other hand, you can directly take samples to the customer to see, and it is more intuitive. Also let customers know that we are a ferrite magnet production plant and have the strength to produce. Although the wine is not afraid of the deep alley, but now is a time when information is developing at a high speed. Information from all walks of life is concurrency. If you do not take the initiative, it will easily be covered up.
Last time, our company’s two businesses went out together to run a customer in HangZhou city. This customer has contacted us many times, that is, the customer has too many choices, and it has been difficult to reach a deal on WeChat. Since HangZhou is not far from us, we decided to take the initiative to look at the customer’s factory and take a sample with us. I called the customer in advance and asked which magnet the customer used. Customers say they are more commonly used in cylindrical ferrite magnets. So, we took some samples in the past.
When I got there, the customer felt very satisfied after seeing our samples. That is to say, he said that there are a lot of suppliers who have looked for him. He still needs to look at it (and want to compare it). At present, he also has a supplier who is cooperating, but he can’t keep up with the delivery. Therefore, he hopes to find more magnet suppliers. We also fully expressed our willingness to cooperate with our customers. Later, when I was ready to go back, my colleague suddenly saw a rectangular magnet piece on the shelf of the customer’s warehouse. Go back and ask the customer, is this also useful? The customer said: Yes, this amount is not too big, it is okay. Colleagues quickly said: This paragraph can also be done on our side. If you don’t mind, there is a sample of similar size in my car that I can show you. The customer said: OK, you take me to see if you can. The price above is appropriate, I can also consider letting you do it.
After the colleague took the ferrite magnet samples to the customer, the customer was quite satisfied. Give us a WeChat from a responsible person on the other side, let us quote the past as soon as possible.
