Inserting high-precision air gaps (grinding air gap) to mechanical dimensions (minimum tolerances) or AL-value
Measuring/testing of ferrite cores according to different parameters: with our vast variety of measuring instruments, Power Loss Tester, Power Choke Test unit and climatic chamber) measurements can be performed in a wide frequency band or voltage range respectively and under operating on-load conditions.
Special air gap / Inserting of high-precision air gaps in form of steps, pitches, slants, caps, slots etc. to influence the modulation
Separating toroidal core transformers, segmenting toroidal core transformers (complete separation of toroidal cores)
