1. Magnetic property detection

2. High and Low Temperature Magnetic Properties
Any temperature between -40 and 250 ºC can be tested.
3. Reversible temperature coefficient
Temperature coefficient measurement and calculation expectation within the set range can be carried out.
4. Magnetic field waveform distribution
The magnetic field waveform distribution of a magnet with a volume close to 0.03 cubic meters can provide linear, plane and rotation, data and chart output.
5. Magnetic flux measurement
We have a variety of testing systems using Helmholtz coils, and highly flexible, convenient, efficient and automated testing systems for magnetic moment measurement, all magnetic field output measurement, magnetic field measurement in all directions and orientation angle error measurement.
6. Gaussian value
It can realize fixed-point measurement at specific positions, and can also be measured with C-clamp, yoke or customer-specified tooling.
II. Physical and Corrosion Resistance Testing Ability
1. Salt spray
This characteristic test adopts ASTM B-117 standard. The results are usually expressed by time failure, and pictures after the experiment can also be provided.
2. High temperature and high humidity test
The test conditions are typically set at 80~95℃ and 90~100%RH, and the most common settings are 90℃ and 95%RH, which are usually characteristic tests.
3. vapor pressure, uncoated magnet
Sometimes called PCT experiment, weightlessness experiment is carried out under the conditions of 2 atmospheres, 150 degrees and 100%RH. The experimental time is 96 hours and can also be adjusted according to the needs of customers.
4. vapor pressure, magnet after coating
This characteristic experiment is developed for failure under a specific experimental cycle. The experimental conditions can range from 2 atmospheres and 100%RH to high acceleration temperature, humidity and bias test conditions.
